Refund Policy

We know some days can be frustrating because the outcome did not happen as you would have wished it to happen. One of those days is swearing in day for all of the idiot politicians you did not vote for during this election cycle. Another could be when you receive a product from us. Please read the return policy carefully if you are in need of some type of refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

Upon arrival of your product(s) if your item was damaged in some way or the incorrect item was sent, please contact us within five (5) business days. Send us pictures of the damage including the packaging to support@potmetalpolitics.com. You will be sent a return label. We will either replace your product or offer a full refund after you ship your damaged item back to us.

If you choose to receive a refund instead of a replacement, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to issue the refund.

Product is not to your liking

If the product you received in not to your liking in any way, we are happy to accept an unused item within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product. Please note products returned with dirt, stains, odd or chemical smells, scruffs, scratches, tears or rips, or other signs of wear will not be accepted for return or refund. We will evaluate the returned product and issue a refund after that process, if warranted.

To return an item, contact us at support@potmetalpoltics.com. You will be sent a return label. Send the item back unworn and unused with tags, and in the original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase. You have a choice of two options when returning a product not to your liking:

• Option 1: Store credit. You may receive a store credit in the amount of your returned product to purchase another item from our store less any shipping charges.

• Option 2: Cash refund. Since many of our products are made to order, personalized, or customized; we cannot offer a full cash refund. If you choose a cash refund instead of store credit, there will be a 25% restocking fee. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to issue the refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

• Items purchased during a sale period can be returned according to the policies listed above.

• Items listed as clearance items or gift cards are not eligible for a refund of any kind.

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), or personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
